Getting Active

Well I'm gonna be icing my ankle for the rest of the night...


After crunching at work, I've taken it upon myself to get back in shape. The long hours and not so healthy eating habits have lead me to need this more then ever.

I've started eating better and being more active outside. I play badminton, tennis, run, bike and as of tonight some basketball. Which is what leads me back to the icing of the ankle.

Lesson learned: When you spend 8+ years not being all the active... Ease into it a little.
